Our store applies the following shipping conditions and policies:
Shipping Carrier
- Orders are typically delivered by Yamato USA.
- Depending on the shipping status and destination, FedEx or DHL may also be used.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are determined based on the total weight of the purchased items.
- During the checkout process, the exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed based on the shipping address and the total weight of the items.
Order Amount & Quantity Limitations
- The maximum order amount is set at $250 due to logistical considerations.
- For international orders (outside the USA), there may be restrictions on the quantity of certain products. If such restrictions apply, an error message will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States, Japan, Canada, Taiwan, Vietnam, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Spain.
Shipping Schedule
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Japan time) will be processed for shipping on the same day.
- Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days after shipping.
- All orders are shipped via air transport.
- Shipping operations are not conducted on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. public holidays.
Note:
For example, orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday), excluding U.S. public holidays.
End of Free Shipping Service
- The free shipping service ended on January 3, 2025.
- Shipping fees now apply to all orders.
