    濃厚な飲みごたえ

    以前より山岸プロが愛用しているサプリとしてよく紹介されていたので、ファイバー＋と共に購入してみました。青汁の様と山岸プロが仰っているように野菜不足を解消できそうな濃厚な味わいでした。すぐに効果を実感できるようなサプリメントでは無いと思いますが、野菜類の摂取が不足になったら飲みたいと思います。毎日飲み続けられれば言うことないんですが・・。実際に飲む時は水を多めにすることをお勧めします。
