Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined based on the weight of the product. We carefully measure the weight to minimize costs for our customers. You can check the shipping fee on the checkout screen after adding products to your cart.

The free shipping service has been discontinued. All shipments are subject to weight-based shipping fees. Please check the applicable fees at checkout after adding items to your cart.

Your package will be delivered by the reliable and trustworthy Yamato Transport USA. We ensure your valuable package is delivered quickly and safely.
Shipping Point
Products are carefully packed and shipped from the Yamato Transport warehouse in Los Angeles. Some products may be shipped from Las Vegas.
Delivery Time
- For domestic deliveries within the United States: Your order will be delivered within 2–5 days after shipping arrangements are made.
- For deliveries to Japan: Your order will be delivered within 2–5 days after shipping arrangements are made.
- For other international deliveries: Your order will be delivered within 5–14 days after shipping arrangements are made.
For international deliveries, delays may occur if the package is held at customs.
Shipping Arrangements
If there are no issues with your order, orders received by 6 PM Japan time will be arranged for shipment on the same day. However, if postal codes, addresses, or names require verification, or in cases of out-of-stock or backordered items, shipping arrangements may take longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
